  • I think the bartenders are either overworked or having a bad day, because they are certainty busy doing a lot of prep work behind the bar. Unfortunately management needs to realize, if you are over working your bartenders, then their service suffers. There seems to be a lot of people behind the bar, but few who can serve, and it's apparent the ones who can are having a bad day.
