This Apple store needs to get their act together. We set up an appointment the weekend prior and came in early prior to the appointment. We checked in and the lady told us to wait in an area. Well the time passed our scheduled appointment and 20 minutes later we checked what was taking so long. So this other associate told us that the prior associate did not check us in even though she acknowledged us when we came in. So the piss off meter was zero and could have been avoided. Where is the accountability when someone forgets? We just got a "sorry". The managers here need to ultimately be responsible for this failure.
