  • I flip houses and use inspectors regularly. The company I've been using couldn't make a job I needed done ASAP, so I am so lucky my realtor found Whole Home Inspections. I met the owner, David Dion and he is incredibly knowledgeable. He has the latest in high tech equipment and works quickly, thoroughly and without nonsense. His reports are concise and easy to understand. He understands my need to purchase the home and balances it with protecting my interests, but being realistic with what I should get fixed and what I don't have to negotiate. Professional, personable and polite - I've got a new inspection company for certain.
