  • Mixed feelings about this place. I've been several times when visiting Sams Town because the service has been good and it is close to the hotel. But my last experience was bad enough that I won't return. I got a manicure and my 76 year old Mom just wanted her toenails trimmed. They insisted she pay for a full pedicure service. My Mom doesn't see well and gets her toenails trimmed at other salons at home; she never gets polish or any service other than minor clipping of the nails. Not only did Michelle refuse to just trim them, she rudely (and loudly) told my Mom that "old people's nails are hard and need to soak." We were speechless. My Mom has baby soft feet and actually soft toenails that are extremely easy to clip, she just can't see to do it. Michelle didn't even look at her feet, she just offended and embarrassed her out of hand. If I wasn't in the middle of the manicure we would have walked out right then and there. I was mortified as I told my Mom what a good place #1 Nails is and how Michelle and her husband are so nice. I won't be back.
