  • First time I've had a bad experience at a QT. Received a few lotto scratchers from a gift exchange, won $22. I personally never purchase lotto tickets or these. When taking these tickets up to the counter, the young lady was extremely snarky about I have to scratch the bottom area where the barcode shows them if I won. I told her I wasn't aware, and she gave me a look of disgust that can't be described. Never have a felt belittled over what felt like being profiled.
