We had a little time to kill and decided to play some mini golf.
Neither my daughter nor myself are good at golf so we didn't keep score (but I secretly did and we came out pretty even) but what a great way to beat the heat and have some fun. The location is small but they're moving to a bigger one at the end of the month (hooray!!) and it's all black light. It's not too loud and not too quiet. There's a little arcade in the front and we played all kinds of games and collected our treasures.
But the best part was the staff, Danielle rang us up, she helped us with our ticket/prize exchange, and she was super patient and helpful and friendly. I'm not one for "arcade" type places (shakes cane at kids on lawn) but we had a great experience. We will definitely check out the new location when it opens, I hear it will have A LOT more attractions.
HOORAY mini golf!
