I'm not a big fan of Dundas Square, so the thought of heading in that area is not too appealing when it comes time to see a movie. But I have made the trip to AMC a couple of times to see a movie that's either winding down or not playing anywhere else.
The theatres themselves are pretty comfortable. The seats have lots of leg room and an arm that folds up, which is great if you're on a date and want to make a move. The picture and sound is on par with any other mega-theatre in the city. Arena style layout, etc.
The concession stand is terrible though. Not much to offer as far as non-popcorn food and things like nachos or hotdogs are expensive and low-quality. Meanwhile there's an entire food court nearby, but of course you're not allowed to bring that food into the movie. Lame.
