  • I've been here a week. So far, my dryer doesn't work and we've had two service calls. Waiting for a third tomorrow. In the meantime I'm drip drying my laundry. The grassy area is full of dog poop. I understood I was moving to a dog friendly community even though I don't have a dog. But I didn't agree to the poop. Whomever is out walking their dogs have to know their dog pooped because they are on a leash! Clean up after yourselves. That being said, clearly maintenance doesn't take it upon themselves to clean up what rude tenants leave behind so the rest of us get to dodge the same piles every day with new ones constantly being added. My other complaint after only a week are all the cobwebs in the corridors. These bugs seem to be attracting mosquitoes as well so whenever I walk into my door, I see several Mosquitoes fly in with me. I'm so disappointed and am already counting my days until the end of my lease. The apartment itself is relatively clean and quiet.
