Rude and dismissive is a great description for Gavish agent Shebrill Hicks. I was trying to buy a home in Las Vegas and was here for a week to accomplish this goal. Shebrill sent me several listings and I ask for more information on several of them. This took half of my days that I was in town. I narrowed down my choice and wanted to see one of the homes which I was very interested in. This was the day before I was due to leave. It was at this time that Shebrill informed me that she could not show me the house until I was financially pre-qualified. She said it so matter-of-factly that it sounded like EVERYBODY knew this. I had told her from the beginning that I was a cash-buyer and she could have asked for my financials at any time during my week. I expected to show my financials when and if I made an offer on a house, but not to just see one. I could have supplied them if she had just asked for them up front. My frustration level was through the roof! There was no time to get the information to her in time to see the house before I was scheduled to leave. Long story short, I bought the house through another agent who did not need to see my financials until I tendered an offer.
