As a former NVFCU banker, I have firsthand knowledge of the absolute inefficiency that the bank is run with...I recently closed my account with NVFCU because of a number of exorbitant fees that they charged. However, since they had changed my bank statement status to an online option in order to be "green," I was unable to get the statements that I needed to review my taxes. Wouldn't you know it...$5 per statement (which I expected) but...
I had to wait 5 business days until they could "order" them from their office out of state and that I could ONLY pick them up at the Rainbow and Alta location. When I asked why such files couldn't be emailed or downloaded from their location, they simply stated that they "did not know"
How dumb is that?
