  • I don't think they want new business. They came out for a consultation, turns out I need my fixture replaced. They charged us $30 to come out and said he will email me a quote for how much it will cost to replace. A week goes by, I call to follow up since I haven't gotten anything. A month later and a few messages left, I still haven't received anything. They were quick to process my initial payment & send me their W9, though! The last time I called I told the girl I will have to go elsewhere if I don't hear back. My guess, she didn't care. I am forced to have to go elsewhere. They would have made a lot of money off us as I have 2 commercial buildings with 140 suites with blinds that constantly need repairs. Thank you for not allowing me to spend another penny with you guys.
