  • The prints are okay, but if you have any issues with the order or expect the order at a certain time you're going to be disappointed with how they handle things and their customer service. The customer service is just the worst. They don't email back. If you call they put you on hold and don't come back. Save your money and do not use Shutterfly or other sister companies: Paper Divas, Tiny Prints, My Publisher, BL.
