  • Are zero stars possible?! This shouldn't even be called Serendipity. Everything here is so different than the original. It's a sad half hazard attempt. WHAT A JOKE. There is no consistency with the "original" menu. If they are going to Franchise "Serendipity" there should be some type of consistency. I can go into any Subway across the nation and the way they make my sandwich would be the same. Moreover, the items that should have been hot came out cold and the milkshake that should have been cold came out warm. The Server was so incredibly rude... not really sure if anyone was "home" if you get my drift. We asked for the milkshake to be remade without sprinkles and they brought it back and said they remade it. OF COURSE THEY DIDN'T. They just blended up the original milkshake and brought it back... We kept sucking down sprinkles. Utter disappointment. Never ever ever coming back!
