  • Leaving to open a new office in Cincinnati I asked them to hold my account for 4 months for me...the said that they would do it for a fee and I would have to keep paying and that they would add the time to the end of my contract. I asked about canceling and they want 2 forms of proof along with another fee..lol My family and myself will never use this gym again (and they don't care). I called 24 hour fitness and they said "no problem sir". Go with 24 hour fitness.
