  • Sorry I did not read the 1 review on Yelp - we rented the joust for two days and asked to have adult jousting poles for one party and smaller more manageable poles for the 2nd day for kids. I confirmed, and specifically confirmed that both sets were on the delivery order as NO notes were on my event order. Alas, upon arrival only one set. When the very kind delivery staff who set up very clean equipment called the owner/manager, the answer was "too bad." When I talked to the person who answered the phones on the weekend to see if we could drive up to the warehouse or even be on the next days delivery, her answer? I don't know how to do that. Sad you can't deliver what you promise nor can you make it right to a customer who is asking pleasantly.
