I ordered flowers here back in December for both sets of parents for the holidays. I was SUPER happy with the products and delivery. I thought I had found my new florist to send gifts to my parents when I can't be there. Early today I ordered again and the order was rejected based on delivery area. I was super confused because they had delivered before. After speaking to the manager I was told they have NEVER delivered to that area - that there's no way I actually have a confirmation with their name on it from December (even though I do). AND my father called them back in December to say the arrangement looked great. I was also told that my parents' address was over an hour away from their shop. It's 25mins if they had bothered to actually look. I was shocked at the terrible customer service. It was NOT about them not being able to fulfill the order. It was the blatant disregard for me. I was basically told that I have no clue what I was talking about. Shocking. Will never use them again which is too bad as they do nice arrangements.
