If you want to stay at a Days Inn or Travel lodge and want to be over charged Monte Carlo is the place for you. Aside from the Bell Desk and Sasha at the pool, the rest of the staff is rude, unprofessional, and needs serious courses in customer service. The front desk straight up lie to your face when your room will be ready and speak very contending. Yes I am talking about you Cici. The room itself was dirty and we found evidence of prior guests in there. There were holes in the bed linen and towels. When you call to address the issues no one seems to care. The air conditioning was not working and they could not fix and there was no resolution to the problem. The walls are paper thin.
At check out talked to front agent Thomas. He was rude and didn't even seem to care we had issues. Will never stay here again as the staff needs serious help. Rude nasty and disgusting is how I would describe this place.
