Reserved a parking spot here for two weeks. I had stayed in a lovely Nu Hotel in Brooklyn a few months ago, so I thought the amazing experience I had would be duplicated. I was wrong.
Drop off was fine except there is barely a sign advertising the place. FYI- You're going into a mini strip mall with about 10 parking spaces. Don't be in a hurry to get to the airport. It will take you at least 30 minutes to get to your terminal. Pickup was interesting. Called the cell phone number the woman who checked us in, and is posted on the site we booked the spot through, and it's a voicemail of some guy having a conversation with someone about numbers. Seriously? Had to look up another number online before finally getting ahold of the desk, said we needed a pick up and were at the spot they designated. Took about 15-20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive (by shuttle I mean a mini van doing a loop). Arrived at a different location that we dropped the car off (I guess that's where they actually park the car). Got our keys and off we went. Received a phone call from the office 10 days AFTER we picked up our car asking me if we had picked our car up. Say what? Apparently they never closed our ticket because I immediately received an emailed receipt, which said I paid $7 more than I actually did. Great book keeping.
Sidenote, when we arrived to pick up our keys, there was another customer absolutely irate because they had lost his car keys and he lives 4 hours away and has one of those $250 keys that can only be replaced by the dealership.
Overall, this place was just a little too sketchy, slow and disorganized. Pay slightly more and park somewhere else.
