  • Not sure why I return...probably because there are no other DD around. Every time I have been in here the service is so incredibly slow. Today I arrived at 8:05 did not leave with my order until 8:20 and there were only 2 people in front of me. Of course my iced latte was given to me hot. No wonder it took forever. I needed to get to work and didn't have another ten minutes for them to correct it. Get your act together DD!!!Slow service! Inaccurate order received!!! Will be taking my business to DD on McMurray when it opens. Hopefully they will understand the concept of customer service.
