  • So, I'm getting ready for my next trip to vegas and I still haven't heard back from management for the email I sent them. It's apparent that they don't care about customer service. We travel here a lot, and bring friends with us and we are really creatures of habit, so it's unfortunate that we have to put this place on the "never again" list.
