rev:text	Buyer/Investor beware. The managers name is KAMI ZARGARI. How many reviews do you see that say don't trust TPM, they are crooks? I originally used Triumph as they have a good video they use to advertise the property and I sadly did not read all these reviews. I'm really not sure how companies like this stay in business and as a good Samaritan USE EXTREAM CAUTION. It took over 2 months to get my 2008 1600sf just renovated home to be rented.(This is to collect as many application fees as possible) -They do 'in house' maintenance so almost exclusively pass requests on to there family or buddies who charge WAY over market FYI -They DONT tell you that by signing up, YOU the property owner, are in a 1 year contract and they will still charge their property management fee no matter how bad the service and even if you fire them. BIG FYI. 6 months later the tenant they placed, being 2 months in arrears they realized my tenant was no longer even there! I called THE MANGER KAMI ZARGARI to find out what was going on and he informed me THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A KEY TO MY HOUSE SO THEY CANT GET IN!!! I couldn't make this stuff up. Not all property managers are thieves but I suggest DOING RESEARCH on who you hire or just do it yourself. NO ONE looks after you investment better than you do. This was the worst experience of my business career. You have been warned. Good Samaritan PS Those sketchy glowing 5 star reviews are for sure done by themselves, take it from me.
