Two bao buns, a mimosa, and a bowl of the tonkotsu assari...Jinya stole my heart this time around! The first time I came here I had ramen with thin noodles in the tonkotsu black (I think that's what it was called) and it was okay but not great. I now know that the tonkotsu assari aka Jinya #3 with thick noodles is the way to go. We came during happy hour, and if you do too, please order those bao buns. You'll thank me later. $3 bites of deliciousness.
The broth here is sublime and our server was awesome. I also like that they have a veggie broth for my friend's pork/beef allergy. Five stars for Jinya!
