  • If I gave them 1 star, it's only because I can't give less. Their night operator lets you know off the bat that your interrupting her by her apathetic voice and her repetitive questions you already answered. She will then tell you they have only 1 driver tonight and he's busy in Mesa so it'll be close to a 1:45 minute to 2 hour wait and you have to wait for him. They don't care that you worked a 18 hour day and need to sleep because you have to get up again in 5 hours now reduced to 3 hours. I'm in the medical field...do you want your practitioners to work on you with only 3 hours sleep because they had nowhere to park their car due to a squatter in your spot that you pay for every month? By the time they come, the squatter left. You call them again in 2 days for the same problem and same squatter. This time it takes them over 2 hours because they have police calls that always come before the contract they have with you. They told me this! Do not let your facility contract with these losers.
