  • Terrible company. I have a sales/marketing background and the technician they sent to us pulled every sales tactic in the book. Non-stop talking and fear mongering to get us to change out our whole air conditioning system. I wasnt buying it at all. My parents hired this shit company via home depot(red flag right there) to come and do a simle service on our ac system. I dont know how a simple service, on a perfectly functioning ac unit can turn in to being advised to replace our whole system. Mind you this was on our vacation home, whose unit has literally been used for a 2 years tops. My parents are old, and had i not been there the technician no doubt woulda sucked all the money they could out of them. I played dumb on purpose, so i can guage the character and practices of a employee/business and the practices of that scumbag technician makes me sick to my stomach. At the end of the day, we paid for the service, while the technician strongly urged that we replace our whole system. Fast forward to last month, when i came to stay at the vacation house with a friend, who is an hvac technician. He checked out our system and said its perfect. Beware of this company. I am a business owner myself and it sickens me that this business operates in this manner. Ive seen news reports about this company ripping people off. Avoid them at all costs!
