  • My dog just had a bowel obstruction from swallowing a rock. Everyone I encountered was friendly professional and caring, both in person and on the phone. My first visit I chose not to proceed with diagnostics, but it soon became obvious we needed more, so I had several visits. The second visit, she ended up going into surgery. The triage people, the vets, the surgeon, the desk staff all were incredible and it was obvious that everyone was happy working there. As an MD (which they didn't know initially) I can say their workup was appropriate and their explanations were excellent. I highly recommend them and give them big thanks.
