  • My niece takes tennis lessons here. So why is this Schmoe reviewing an apartment complex you might ask? Well let thee give you thus reasons: The neighborhood is bad....gee I wondered why it was all gated. Most of the people on the streets around could have been on the set of the Walking Dead...not judging...just mortified. The tenants let their lovely little dogs crap all over the parking lot and than dont bother to clean it up. I remember an old Chinese proverb....don't let your dog poop where you live ( I guess their ain't many Asian tenants!) The place smells really funky inside ( part mold, part wet dog, part rotted food, part zombie) And now for what I really liked....The roof top tennis courts were really cool. The roof top pool and Jacuzzi with nice views was also really nice. Unless the rent here is really really cheap...there are so many places to rent in Vegas....Why? And for my friends in the San Francisco bay area....you can rent a 1000 sq foot, lovely two bedroom in vegas for $1000.....in SF.....5k. You just have to live in Vegas
