  • I have to remove a star due to timeliness. Kim does a great job in terms of waxing however I have been here 5-7 times and majority of the time she is running behind on clients and I usually have to wait an average of 15-20 minutes. I never know when she's running late since her salon is locked so I sit outside without notice that she's running behind. I have tried knocking/ringing her doorbell and no answer (since she is with a client) but I would appreciate at least a text or some notification that she's running late. I always make sure to schedule with her when I'm not on a time crunch. I recently had an appt for 5:25 and by 6pm I still was waiting which was completely unacceptable . I did not receive an apology or genuine acknowledgement that she was running so behind, which was really upsetting and unfortunate.
