This is concerning a visit on 11/26/15.
I understand that working on a holiday might not be everyones first choice, however, the patrons are paying the same money regardless of if your employees want to be there or not.
My girlfriend and I experiences horrible service when we went to an earlier showing of the Hunger Games movie. Started off when my girlfriend asked if they had any type of breakfast options (and only asked because the menu didn't seem to have anything listed and we figured if they were open for a 9AM movie, they might have some breakfast options). We were told there wasn't any type of breakfast offerings and then placed our order of quesadillas.
After about 10 minutes, a different server approached the people seated in front of us and was also asked about breakfast and while he said there wasn't much did mention that they had breakfast burritos (which quite honestly was exactly what we were looking for). This is more than frustrating when you are paying the prices that Ipic charges.
Through out the movie, our server came in to check on us but apparently he missed the day when they taught them how to stay out of the patrons way and speak in a voice that wouldn't disturb the entire theater. Every time he came in he spoke in a voice as if there wasn't a movie going on.
Lastly, while the blankets and pillows are a nice touch, I'd caution you on staying till the lights come on. Lets just say the seats don't appear as if they've ever been cleaned, the blankets are likely the same ones from when they opened, and if you drop something in the chair... leave it there because the popcorn and other crap you'll have to dig through is disgusting. You'd think being that it was the first show of the day that they would have cleaned the night before.
Not worth the money based on this visit.
