  • Horrible customer service I have ever experienced. My boyfriend and I made reservations and the people that came after us finished and left first. Let me start out by saying our waiter was not very attentive with what we asked for multiple times. I asked for A1 sauce and Tabasco sauce after our meals arrived and he never brought them, the steaks were getting COLD. I had to ask a different server to bring them. We were there for at least two hours on New Year's Eve. Plans were delayed because of the wait. So yes, I would choose longhorn any day!
