  • This review is for the VERY rude female Caucasian postal clerk who looked to be in her 60's with short salt & pepper hair working at this location. My father and I went in around 9:08 am on Saturday, April 2nd with an International package. He filled out the appropriate forms online and also paid for postage online but was unsure as to how many copies he needed and just wanted to make sure all was in order prior to mailing out. It's our turn and all this woman kept repeating was, "didn't you read, it says it right there?" in a condescending tone. I explained to her that we were both unsure as to how many copies we needed and just wanted to confirm. She was so frustrating! She was like an emotion less robot on repeat! :( She then took the fragile box and at approx. 4 feet dropped it onto the cement floor. After she did this he responded with "What are you doing? No wonder we've had breakage from this location". She responded with a scripted statement and went on with her business. With Federal jobs so hard to get you have this one employee who treats people this way. Sure, she supposedly knows all the answers (which she should) and people from all walks of life come in and need help which I believe is part of her job, service and assistance with a smile. No individual should be treated this way. Up until now we've had no problems with employees at this location. They are usually nice and helpful so props go out to those employees. 4 Stars for them!
