  • I finally decided it was time to replace the carpet with a porcelain wood looking textured tile. My husband's neurological condition is making it difficult for him to shuffle across the carpet. Joe came out with great samples. He is such a nice and knowledgeable man. He understood it is kind of overwhelming to go through the replacement process knowing it is going to be very challenging for my husband and the necessary changes in his routine. Knowing that Joe has offered to come over and help me pack up the breakables was more than just a kind gesture which his offering I appreciated. He truly means it and has reinforced his offer. So for Joe it is not just about sales, it is about making sure the customer is well taken care of through the entire process.
