  • I generally steer away from chains, but when it comes to watching hockey they tend to be the most reliable. I went here with a friend to watch the Leafs continue their losing skid in February. The screens behind the bar are bright and sharp and the sound during the game is great but not too loud. The staff were very attentive and friendly, striking up chats during breaks in the play. Same goes for the clientele, at least during that night, were all good natured hockey fans. I got the grumbles midway through the second period and fought them off with a chicken curry wrap, which hit the spot and although a little on the sweet side, was delicious. They have plenty of beer on tap although I wish they had more local stuff although Creemore was present and made do. Should any of our local teams make the playoffs, this would be a fantastic venue to take in some games. Alas, that could be some time away. There's always next year.
