  • I had booked this party bus tour via Viator.com for a bachelorette party in Vegas last May and it was one of the worst experiences in my life. I felt terrible because we didn't event get the tour because the sfaff didn't account for scheduling issues with one of the clubs and they didn't have a plan B so the bachelorette night was a bust. The manager nor the staff seemed to care that we all shelled out $45 to do a party bus club tour and ended up stuck in a line outside of a club(listed in the itinerary) and couldn't get in. Then to appease the angry crowd they took us to a regular bar(we could've done this on our own) and offer 50% off drinks only to be charged full price anyway. When we talked to the manager and asked for a refund he basically said that it wasn't his problem because we bought our tickets through an online source. We pleaded with Viator.com to give us a refund and they explained that it is up to the company with whom the service is provided to refund Viator and then they could refund us. There was so much back and forth and ultimately the manager from Vegas Rockstar stopped taking my calls because he didn't want to refund us anything. We waited in long lines, had to pay for our own drinks, didn't even get on a bus or tour and no one cared or refunded us. Even if they had been apologetic that things hadn't gone to plan and truly tried to make it up to us that would've been nice but they brushed us off because we had already paid so they didn't need to make us happy. I've never had such an atrocious experience and horrible customer service in general and I will be sure to spread the word....DO NOT USE VEGAS ROCKSTAR tours!!! BEWARE!!!
