  • Do NOT use this co! We had them come to our home early December 2012, The rep Michael was nice and to the point, so I won't complain about him. He called the "Office" to check our credit to get qualified for lease financing. We were told due to my husband foreclosure that is 2 1/2 years old due to a forced job move we didn't qualify. BUT, Michael advised there were other Finance options available and give him 48 hrs to get back to us. Well...2 Weeks passed and NO word from them. I called Michael and he said he thought the office called us and he would talk to them and request they call us. Again...No Call Back from Office. I finally called office and got answering service to take msg for Owner "Fred Richie" Fred did call back within 20 min to apologize for his office team not following thru. He Promised me an additional $50.00 gift card also for our trouble and the lack of Customer Service on his office staff part which is his daughter Kim. Kim called me a few days later to explain they can't help us since my husband is not listed on house title (I had bought our house before I met him). I advised her that we were told there are other finance options. She said she would talk to underwriters and CALL me back in a day.I Never heard back from her. NO SURPRISE there. Also, We didn't get the Extra $50.00 Gift Card we were promised by Owner Fred Richie. Moral of this Review is: Stealth Solar Makes Empty promises and Very Poor Customer follow up!! The only reason they are getting 1 star is because the review won't allow me to give them No star.
