  • Awful organization. They put flyers on our vehicles in our private lot. Many folks throw such flyers on the ground. So when I called their office and asked who was going to clean them up, the manager informed me the UI Grounds Department would probably take care of it. Seriously! She actually said this to me in a serious tone! I am flabbergasted by her ignorance and indifference. I pay to park on the UI campus; not to have obnoxious flyers and cheap handouts put underneath my windshield wipers. #MarketingFail #ManagementFail
