  • Went in on a Monday, and the doctor wrote me a prescription. I made it clear that I needed a prescription my insurance would cover, she said it would. Went to CVS and it didn't, and I called to see if I could get another prescription. After being told I would be called back, flash forward THREE DAYS LATER and I call them back. I'm told the doctor needs to see my insurance formulary. So I take it there, and am told they will call me back. Flash forward, THREE DAYS LATER, I call them back and the doctor has not even looked at the formulary. And I'm told they'll call me back. I don't expect they will, and it's really bad because I've been unmedicated for over a week, and I'm near losing my job because of Warner Family Health. Do not use this place. Go somewhere else!
