  • I was seen here on 1/24/17 I told them to bill me so I can make payments because I work part time (less than 20 hours a week) and can't afford to pay the bill in full. I never received a bill but I did receive an email on 2/17/17 from them that they charged my debt card on file for $113.84 for the visit without my approval or even warning me. I wasn't even aware I owed this much due to never receiving a bill. I have called the billing department multiple times to sort this out but all I get is voicemail. I left a voicemail but have yet to receive a response. Now I'm stuck stressing about how I'm going to pay my bills because they took practically my whole check.... I will never go back to this urgent care and I strongly suggest none of you go here either!!
