I don't know what has happened to Uber, CEO change maybe. Their customer service really is terrible, that is if you can find anyone that cares about the customers. It's no wonder why 401 of the last 527 reviews were two stars or less. I am certain that by giving up on my relationship with Uber, won't bother them much or matter to their bottom line, but I've just told many people, and we know where that goes. Good bye Uber, you've let me down too many times. I don't give my hairdresser that many chances
