  • I had high hopes for this salon. Its close to home and I was looking forward to the paraffin wax manicure. I realize its days before Easter Sunday and people are pouring in and expected long wait times. I arrived at 4:30pm, the owner asked me to come back at 6pm. I asked her to write my name down, she did. Came back at 6pm. Saw a woman pay and leave, I recognized her from waiting at 4:30pm. Waited 20mins, chose my nail color, grabbed a bottle of water. A regular came in and walked right in to her spot. Ok, I'll wait. Was brought to my place for a manicure, it was set up for a get manicure, she asked me if it was gel, I said no, she put the gel machine away. Then took the towel that was underneath the gel machine and SHOOK IT OUT- other peoples leftover nails and cuticles flew everywhere!!! She PUT IT BACK DOWN! I asked for a new towel, she spoke in her foreign language. And I left. Rather not. Took my bottle of water with me. So bummed.
