  • Needed a gel mani asap, looked on yelp and based on reviews these nail salon was the one to go to. Came in at asked for gel mani they had me check in and wait...10 minutes later .. 2 other ladies walked in needed gel pedi, they told them 15 minutes wait time. Had them sit down. Another 10 minutes later they told them they could sit in the pedi chairs, by that time I've been waiting 20 minutes .. Okay? .. I'm trying to be rational, 2 employees were finishing up their customers so I'm assuming one of them will help me first before attending the pedi ladies.... Nope they both went to help the ladies that needed pedicures. I'm ticked off now, I ask how much longer and he says 10 minutes, I told him I've been waiting 30 minutes (based on what time I checked in). He helped me 5 minutes later. Probably will not be coming to this salon again, the gel mani is okay, nothing great, one of my nails needed to be filed more. Basically, bad customer service, ok nail service.
