  • Claim Jumper, the name reminds me of the mid 1800's and the discovery of silver in Nevada. It was Friday, so we made reservations. Good thing, the place was teaming with people. Promptly seated and immediately greeted by Eric, our waiter. We ordered the Bonanza Platter and the Salmon Oscar. Everything was right "on point", hot, fresh and tasty. The service was great and we look forward to a return visit. I definitely recommend this location in Henderson,NV on Green Valley Parkway.
