  • The room was clean and the decor was not out of date, and that ends the positive. The staff at the hotel desk seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves rather than help customers. Upon entering the room we found a letter from the management, informing us that there would be no water available in the hotel during a 5 hour shut down. I understand that these things happen, but to still charge a premium rate and have an additional resort fee added on to it with no compensation offered makes this the last time that I will be staying at this place. Furthermore, for the cost of the room and additional resort fees, there was neither a refrigerator nor a coffee maker provided (unless you want to pay an upcharge fee). Looking at the "In-Demand movie", their costs were $17.99!! Outrageous!! I would expect these lack of amenities in a lower quality hotel/motel... but a "Resort" on the strip?!? First and last time I will be staying at a Harrah's.
