  • I was in a pinch one morning thinking i broke my entire windshield wiper arm. I was en route to somerset and Valley Honda was on the way, so i called and luckily they were able to get me in. Flo at the front desk was fantastic, i'll give them that. The mechanic looked at my car and determined that the arm was not broken, rather just the blade broke. Instead of telling me what the issue was and asking if i wanted them to fix it, they opted to put one of their new blades on. How kind of them, you say. No, not 'how kind'. Their blades run $35. Absolutely not necessary. This is definitely a case where they took advantage of a situation and i will not return to them.
