  • Staff at reception is fabulous, friendly and helpful!!! Since the fitness gym at my apartment complex had started renovations, I needed a place to go for my daily workouts. Not really wanting to go to overpriced, meat market gyms that advertise one price but leave out all the extra fees, I was at a loss. Since I only workout to get exercise and health benefits, I do not need all the added "extras". The fitness room here is basic...get in, do what you need to do and leave. The prices are great and range from daily, monthly and yearly...all with no extra fees, no strings attached, and nobody haggling you because you no longer need to use the service. The staff as I said before is fantastic, and the facility is clean. Great place for those who just need basic self service for their workouts!
