Funny, I have the same things to say about Dr. Malvin as the reviewer below. I saw him about 5 years ago. During time of treatment, he performed several fillings and a root canal on me. I returned to him a couple years later and he told me that he needed to replace one of the fillings and place a crown on that tooth. But said nothing about the cyst that had developed above my root canal. I didn't go back. Now, my new dentist has had to replace all of his fillings (but not the one he wanted to replace) and the root canal has failed. I was also referred to the endodontist next door to him (great guy) who has told me that the root was fractured and the tooth will need to be extracted. Now I'll have to pay a few thousand dollars for an implant, since it's my very front tooth.
Besides his failure as a dentist, I recall thinking that his entire staff was rather rude. His dental hygienist was very rough with the cleaning and surly as heck. His receptionist was not very kind either.
