I went to the one on Happy Valley. I wish I would have read the reviews first before coming here. You get what you pay for.....actually I should have charged her to practice on me! They young lady was nice enough but needs to go back to school to learn how to do massage. Being a therapist for 25 years and getting massages all around the world I know a novice when I meet one. The receptionist is lazy. She saw me looking in the door and instead of greeting me and welcoming me in she just sat there in her chair looking at me. I came in and decided to try the place out since it is right around the corner from me. When I filled out the paper work she pointed to the waiting area where I was to fill out the paper work. Unprofessional. i agree with a precious comment that the "ticking clocks" need to go but that was written back in April and obviously they didn't take to heart what the client said. That leads me to believe that they don't care and that is why they are putting bodies in here and NOT professionals. Also I DID NOT get my full hour just like another person wrote!!!! I'll hump it over to Scottsdale next time.
