  • One thing I've noticed about living in Montreal during the past few years is that it is lacking desperately in one department that holds great importance in the overall enjoyment of my shopping experience.... and that department happens to be customer service. Unlike most of the retail stores you'll find in and around the city finding someone to help you because more of a game of the, "excuse me, do you work here?" Walking into Lush you are immediately greeted with kindness and smiles and the genuine intent to find out what you need and guide you to products specific to what you came for and I love how everyone is knowledgable about the store products and I find this not just at this specific Lush Location but literally every Lush I've ever been too. Apart from having some really amazing products this place without a doubt has the best customer service I have ever gotten anywhere in my life!!
