Customer service: I find that with this location it's a hit or miss. Most of the time the educators ignore me or if they do say hello it's not genuine and it's when I'm on my way out of the store. They see me walking around but do not approach me so I hate coming into the store. I'm willing to buy regular price items but their attitudes deter me.
There is one employee who works there (Mark) who is so nice and makes up for most of them. I came to pick up my items that I had hemmed and he went above and beyond to find them for me and when I came back he remembered my name.
Selection: For the most part it's pretty decent. I've found most of the stuff that I'be needed. I have also gotten some pretty good deals on markdowns that weren't found in other ones.
Environment: I like the organization and layout of the store. Not too sterile like some other Lululemons. Because it isn't too big, it maintains some warmth.
Overall, I'd come back just because I hate shopping online. However, I'm just not going to expect good customer service (except for Mark).
