  • These property has over gone some major changes over the past 8 months. They have new staff in the office and a new manager that means business. The apartments are amazingly clean. The new manager, Tina, is the best. She is firm, but respectful. She has done everything she possibly can to get this complex back to Grade A standing. I enjoyed working with her in finding a suitable unit. I would definitely recommend this complex to everyone I know. They have started doing monthly resident functions, which I think is awesome! You get to meet your neighbors and maybe find a new friend! This new staff they have is very into the tenants living at the units and are looking out for not only our comfort but our safety as well. Take a look at the new Bella Fiore, you will not be disappointed. Tell them Nicole sent you. I will be posting photos of the property as it is now. Very welcoming place!
