We've been coming to Sun Auto for over five years after moving from California. If we incurred issues of any kind from Sun Auto, we certainly wouldn't still be coming here. Besides taking good care of our cars, we've built friendships and trust. Mike can't be beat. On one occasion, whatever I needed was still under warranty. He referred me to a GM dealer. I mean, he could've had it thrown on the rack and charged me whatever, except that's not how he is. Another time I needed service it would've been a long wait. I had no way to get home since my husband was working out of state. Mike had someone take me home and pick me up to come get my car. I gave the young man $20 for gas as I saw he needed it. He asked if I wanted change (?). If that isn't service, I don't know what is. Las Vegas is no place to be stranded with car problems. Building a business relationship is important. Throwing friendships on top of it is priceless. Also want to give a shout out to Shiloh from the front desk and Danny, the mechanic. Being confident about my car when I drive away means everything. Mike said, "Well, you guys have been good to us." Thanks, Mike. The feeling is mutual! : D Bill and Lydia...
